Delete your account

In the app

Open Bya, go to Wallet, and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This removes:

• Every app you built, and any of them you published to Discover.
• Your credit balance and access to any subscription.
• Your build history and creator handle.

If you hold a Google Play subscription, cancelling it inside the app is not enough on its own: cancel it separately at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or you may still be charged for the next period.

Once deletion finishes, the app clears everything it stored on your phone and returns to first launch.

Without the app

No app installed, or can't open it? Email us at andy.buildyour.app@gmail.com and include the support code shown on this same screen in the app (Wallet > Delete account). We use that code, never your name or email, to find the right account. We'll delete it within 30 days.

What we keep

Two things survive deletion, both stripped of anything that identifies you: our own record of AI provider usage (for cost accounting, never tied back to your account), and the minimum purchase record Google Play's own accounting needs (which pack, how many credits, when). Neither carries a name, an email, or your builds.
