Terms

You describe an app, we build it, and it runs on your phone. These are the rules for using Bya, in plain words.

Your account

Your account lives on your phone, with no name or email attached. Credits are for building apps here; they aren't money, they can't be cashed out or moved to someone else, and free credits are one to an account.

What you build

Apps you build are yours. You're responsible for what you ask for and for anything you publish, including whether you had the right to use the names, pictures and words in it.

What you can't build or publish

No sexual content involving children. No real-money gambling. No pages built to collect other people's passwords or card details. No pretending to be a company or person you aren't. No hate, harassment, or anything illegal where you live.

The AI writes the code, so it gets things wrong sometimes. Check what an app does before you rely on it, and never put anything in it that would hurt if it leaked.

Publishing to Discover

Publishing is your choice. Once you publish, other people can install your app, remix it into their own, and report it. You keep earning your share when they do. We can hide or remove a published app, and we can limit or close an account, when something here is broken.

If we get it wrong

We do our best, but we can't promise the service is always up or that an app is fit for what you need. Email us and we'll sort out what we can.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before you carry on.
